Ametros Announces New Strategic Leadership Roles as Company Expands in the Marketplace
Three Industry Professionals Bring More Than 50 Years of Combined Experience to Ametros’ Leadership Team
WILMINGTON, Mass., March 17, 2026–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Ametros, the industry leader in professional administration and post-settlement medical care coordination, announced the appointment of three industry professionals to key leadership roles.
With a focus on expansion in the marketplace, Ametros has continued to see increased adoption of its key offering, CareGuard, a professional administration service that helps injured individuals (Ametros’ members) manage future medical funds following a workers’ compensation or liability settlement.
“Our goal is to make post-settlement life easier for our members by helping them save money on doctor’s visits, prescriptions, and medical equipment, all while coordinating their care,” said Ametros Chief Revenue Officer Allison Kelly. “We have had great success, achieving more than $87 million in savings for our members in 2024.* Our ability to demonstrate value has led to increased growth, and we are creating a more robust leadership team to best support clients and members.”
Ametros is pleased to share the following new roles:
Meredith Storch joins the organization as Vice President, Strategic Accounts. In this role, Storch will be responsible for driving growth and retention of Ametros’ B2B client relationships. Her team serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strategic alignment, and measurable performance outcomes. She brings with her a proven track record of building strong client relationships, driving risk management strategies, and leading high-performing teams.
Prior to Ametros, Storch spent 12 years in leadership roles at Chubb, PMA Management Corp., and Sedgwick. Over the course of her professional career, she has spearheaded strategic initiatives in account management, client onboarding, training development, and process improvement.
Jacob Sipko steps into the Vice President, Field Sales role with 21 years of sales operations and strategic growth experience. His proven ability to exceed quotas and lead complex deal structuring will be instrumental as he is tasked with implementing a data-driven sales strategy focused on enhancing pipeline visibility, accelerating referral timing, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration — positioning Ametros for sustained growth and deeper market penetration across key regions.
Most recently, Sipko was the Vice President of Sales for the Southwest region at Genex Services. While there, his accolades include driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional client solutions.
